My latest project - our new baby boy - Lucian Cerys McGuire. I have a bunch of new photography updates to post but this little one was first in line. Born January 14th, 2013. Welcome!
New Work
New Kids + Family Gallery
Happy New Year! I have been looking forward to sharing some new pictures of children since we have been shooting a fair amount of them this year. I should have some more images to add to this in the spring once another recent project goes live. Enjoy the gallery here: kids gallery
2013 Burlesque Calendar
The 2013 Burlesque Calendar is complete and available on Lulu.com here. You can see the 'after' shots of our fabulous Vaudezilla performers below - stay tuned for some behind the scenes transformations.
Mesirow Financial Annual
This was a great project I had the privilege of working on with Mesirow Financial this past summer. You can see the video we shot for the chairman's letter at this link here. We almost 100 people over the course of 6 days and assembled them into various groups as needed for the book and website. Although it was a non traditional method of group portraiture, it kept the subjects valuable time to a minimum and everyone was pleased with the result.
2013 Burlesque Calendar
We have been working hard on the new 2013 version of the burlesque calendar. Special thanks to the Vaudezilla folks for participating. Here are some of our 'before' shots. I am looking forward to sharing the final piece along with video transformations of each performer. Enjoy! [gallery link="file" columns="4"]
Jerry Senser for Barron's
This was a fun shoot - great subject who was willing to try a few things and be himself. And now I know where to invest too. Thanks Jerry!
And a few outtakes I liked too...
Billboard Magazine
I had the privilege of photographing Leo Burnett's VP Music Director, Gabe McDonough, for Billboard Magazine's Forty under Forty feature. Check him out!
Barron's
Just because CEOs are notorious for having very little time for their photo shoots doesn't mean they can't still look great. This is a record for me - we got a total of 4 minutes shooting time here (for two locations!). A few more outtakes I liked:
