Back in the fall of 2017 we were keeping it local photographing Chicago's own Billy Dec at one of his stunning restaurants, Sunda. Not only is Dec a renowned entrepreneur, owning 7 clubs and restaurants city-wide, but he is also a active podcast host/actor to boot. Dec has made appearances on Empire, American Crime Story and The People vs. O.J. Simpson (to name a few) as well as performing cooking demos dozens of times on The Today Show with Matt Lauer. Dec was even appointed to President Barak Obama's Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. With his numerous charitable donations as well as participation with organizations such as AAPI Task Force on bullying and Make a Wish foundation this alum is impressive to say the least.
